The Desert Palm Chapter, NSDAR, presents DAR Good Citizens Awards to high-school seniors and American History Essay Contest Awards to fifth through eighth-grade students throughout Imperial County. We also support our veterans by donating new club-made pillowcases and fidget blankets to our local veterans. Some of these service members benefit greatly by using our blankets to help ease the anxiety sometimes caused by post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Desert Palm Chapter, NSDAR, continues to support veterans' efforts by participating in our Imperial County Veteran's Day Parade and attending Memorial Day commemorations at all three of our valley's local events. 

The following photographs were taken at some of our monthly meetings and include several interesting presenters. The proclamations provided by District XIV chapters at our annual Constitution Day luncheon are pictured below.
